Ned is founder of industry events company Digital Media Wire and the Chief Business Affairs and Legal Officer at Skybound Entertainment. He has been on Variety’s Dealmakers List for the games industry and has recently made Variety’s Top 20 In-House Entertainment Attorneys. Ned is a graduate of HEC Paris Business School, Brown University and University of Texas School of Law and holds a certificate in venture finance from UC Berkeley Law.

Josh is an investor focused on media, entertainment, gaming and related technologies with extensive equity fund and GP experience, including content-driven funds, lead investor and chairman roles. He was a General Partner of Clarity Partners, held positions at Warburg Pincus, Chartwell Partners, and Rader Reinfrank & Co. and is a graduate of Columbia University and NYU Stern School of Business.
